The Improving Health Outcomes for Patients from Low Socioeconomic Backgrounds Campaign is a Campaign whichaims to improve health outcomes and reduce health inequalities for patients from low socioeconomic backgrounds. To align our strategy and assign team roles for this Campaign, we're hosting a planning call! Please come prepared to brainstorm and leave with a clear understanding of the Campaign's next steps and the team's actions. This call is a must for all volunteers of this Campaign, and a great opportunity for new volunteers to learn more about the Campaign and hopefully join the team!
