We're thrilled to be partnering with Zinc to support a cause close to our hearts -Come join for an evening of networking with mentors, academics and health tech entrepreneurs
Zinc is on a six-month mission to transform the mental and emotional health of women and girls. So far, we have:
1. Selected 55 talented people to join our programme full-time to build new businesses that tackle women and girls’ mental and emotional health issues (see https://www.zinc.vc/mission1/);
2. Identified 15 world-leading ‘Fellows’ (in mental health, medicine, digital health, tech, and business), who have agreed to support our mission by dedicating their time, opening up their networks, and helping us shape the programme, inluding: Celia Romaniuk (Fjord), Cynthia Joyce (MQ), Denzyl Feigelson (Platoon), Gregor Henderson (Public Health England), Iain Jordan (Oxford Uni Hospitals), Jess Butcher (Blippar), Peter Robinson (Cambridge Universityt), Tim Davey (One Fine Stay).
3. Developed a fresh approach to exploring mental health solutions, in collaboration with a broad network of experts and in consultation with users.
We are now inviting a wider community of people from a range of backgrounds (including tech, mental health, social innovation, research, business, and the creative arts), who share the drive to create and support scalable tech solutions for mental health, to get involved.
What’s this event about?
The event will include a mixture of talks and working sessions, and has two main objectives:
To help you to build a network of connections with people who share the drive to tackle this mission, cutting across sectors, industries, and geographies.
To stimulate conversations and ideas that could be turned into real life solutions and businesses to help solve these issues.
We’re really looking forward to having you with us for this exciting next step in our mission.
